Why do we need some data about you and what are they for?

MyDoctor 237 is a service that allows you to find a Health Professional and make an appointment online with one of them. The Publisher collects data directly from you on the Site and the Application by means of a collection form, when you register and when you make an appointment. These data are necessary to organize the connection between the User and a Healthcare Professional, to allow the latter to receive you in the best conditions and constitute necessary elements for his medical diagnosis. In addition, some of your personal data is processed by My Doctor to allow you to manage your appointments, to remind you, to modify or cancel them. Thus, in order to access the Service, you must open a 'Personal Account' when confirming your request for an appointment. The creation of the account is subject to the choice of a User Name and a Password (hereinafter the 'Identifiers').
The data collected when opening an account and making an appointment are only used for the following purposes:

• Transmit to the Health Professional you have chosen, the information needed to organize and prepare your appointment with you
• Allow you to manage all of your appointments at any time via a secure Personal Account

What kind of information do we collect?

Management of appointment history in the User Account

For each user, we collect the Surname, First name of the Patient, the history of appointments including: the reason for the appointment with the doctor, the date, the place of the appointment, the status of the appointment (past, cancelled, confirmed), the details and documents associated with the appointment.

Management by Users of Documents established by the doctor

The documents established by a doctor for his patient are stored in our database and available for the patient in the section “My Documents”.
We keep this data Until the User deletes the Document or terminates his User Account. After deletion or termination of the User Account, Mondocteur237 keeps the Documents attached to the User Account in an archive for a period of two weeks from the date of the request for deletion or termination of the User Account. After this period, the Documents are permanently deleted.

Security
